Cătălin Strat este editor, fondator al companiei de packaging editorial Strat & Strat. A absolvit Facultatea de Istorie a Universității din București, unde a făcut și un masterat de istoria imaginarului și a mentalităților și, după ce a lucrat într-o librărie studențească, a intrat în echipa editurii Humanitas, mai întâi ca documentarist și apoi ca redactor. Ulterior, a fost pentru o scurtă perioadă, un an, redactor-șef la Curtea Veche Publishing, iar apoi a fost director editorial la editura Corint, coordonând divizia cărților pentru copii. În 2020 a lansat Strat & Strat, un packager care creează proiecte editoriale printre care se numără I love you, my Marie. Scrisorile lui Barbu Știrbey către regina Maria și Povești auzite în casă și alte amintiri despre familiile Știrbey, Bibescu și Costinescu, un dialog cu Ileana Kripp Costinescu. De-a lungul timpului a publicat articole în diferite reviste culturale, a scris, împreună cu Doina Jela și Mihai Albu, volumul Afacerea Meditația Transcendentală, a colaborat la scrierea unui manual de istorie pentru liceu și a realizat Manualul redactorului de carte. Introducere în teoria și practica redactării. Pasiunea și încăpățânarea de a fi tot mai bun în meseria lui îi definesc cariera lui Cătălin Strat. Lor li se alătură autoironia, care probabil va salva lumea. Editorială și nu numai.

Iulia–Cristiana Stan works as the Editorial Director of Corint Editorial Group. She first started working as an editor for Corint in 2018, then gradually supervised more important and representative collections, such as Classics of Literature, in order to end up in 2023 to coordinate the entirety of the editorial department, proving that passion and professionalism are key–elements of success. The same enthusiasm and deeply meticulous training provided her an entrance to the book industry in 2011, when she joined Spandugino Publishing House. For more than five years she worked as the news editor for Rock FM, and has also been a volunteer for Save the Children Romania. She graduated two masters in communication and cultural management and has a PhD in philology. When she wan’t able to read books, Iulia imagined the contents of the books surrounding her. Nowadays she is reading them and conjuring their way into existence, so it’s pretty hard for her to imagine her world without books.
Ruxandra Georgescu coordinates the promotion and communication department of Corint Publishing House. She joined the team in 2022 as an editor and then became a PR specialist. But her journey in the book industry starts in 2017. She first worked as a bookseller at Humanitas Cișmigiu bookstore, then as Social Media Coordinator at Humanitas Bookstores, later taking over the PR and Marketing department of the same bookstore chain. She graduated from the Faculty of Letters, where she also completed a Master's degree in Romanian literary studies. Ruxandra is an avid reader and seems to know the magic formula for each book to find its perfect readers.
